Choose your screed type

We use Anhydrite Screeds which can reduce the carbon footprint of the building, as the binder is made from recycled material. Calcium sulphate based screeds conduct heat more efficiently than traditional screed making them ideal for use with renewable energy systems such as ground and air source heat pumps. We have a range of products suitable for most building projects, including our fast drying screed.

Our screed is batched produced on site using our state of the art mobile batching units with screeds selected from leading manufacturers. We can supply the exact amount required and there is no waste. Also, we can supply and install more than one type of screed per visit, so if you require one of our premium products, such as a higher strength, or thin screed, in part of the property and our standard liquid screed in another, this is possible.

We can supply and install screed to projects of all sizes from 1m³ to over 100m³ per day. So if you have a small domestic extension or a larger development, we can provide you with a first class, high quality liquid screed installation service.

ECO

ECO Technology can be used in a wide variety of applications. As a free flowing and self compacting screed, Gyvlon® Screed ECO is versatile for the majority of build types and is compatible with most acoustic and thermal insulations.

ECO FD

Anhydritec Ltd has developed Gyvlon® ECO FD E2C® technology to complement
its Gyvlon® range of screeds.
Designed for jobsites with reduced lead times, ECO FD E2C® screed enables floor
coverings to be applied at least twice as fast as Gyvlon® ECO screed; under the same
conditions. In addition, Gyvlon ECO FD E2C® brings together all proven benefits
expected from a Gyvlon® screed, which also may include a low-skin option.
